Here's a look at my current animation project.

Distraction

I am terrible at time management.  I never find time to do stuff for me.  So every once in a while I try and not worry about what I'm "supposed" to be doing and just do something for fun.  Last night-  I drew this.  I was supposed to do animation homework but I chose to draw for a while.  I'm glad I did too.  It was a nice break from all the other stuff going on.  And I feel like I'm getting better at caricature type stuff- if only a little at a time.

Haven't gone plein aire painting since college- 7 years ago.  Went with my daughter this morning for a school art competition just to be there for support.  She got first place in her category.  I did okay considering how dusty my brushes are.  It's incredibly fun and relaxing.  I need to do more. When this dries a little bit I'll revisit it and fix some stuff.

Animation

Here are the 3 shots I worked on this term.   The first one has  many revisions needed.  The second one can be fixed quite a bit too. I feel pretty good about the last one.

Jimmer Fredette- Football Sensation.

My 7 year old loves the Jimmer.  While watching the BYU v. Ole Miss football game on saturday- he kept wondering , "Where's Jimmer?"  so I made this coloring book page for him.  And now I present it to you:  Feel free to print off a copy and color it.  Then send me your completed coloring.  The best one will win a free coloring book page of your choosing to be drawn by me.  :)  ENJOY.

I have not been here in a while... busy with other stuff, work, school, etc.  That and nobody really looks at this blog anyway so there isn't much pressure to keep it going.  But for you who are interested, here's a couple things I've done lately.
